Who We Are
Jen Ramos
Founder & CEO
Jen is the founder of ULM, a ministry birthed from tragedy, healing and her desire to provide access to faith-based mental health resources. She loves history, watching documentaries and deep studies of Scripture. Lovingly nicknamed Ms. Frizzle, Jen also enjoys warm chocolate chip cookies and her husband’s steak tacos. She served a combined 15 years in the Army and IL National Guard and was deployed twice to Iraq and once to Kuwait. Her experiences as a veteran and the healing God provided through free counseling offered by the VA hospital inspired Jen to create similar resources for people in her own community.
Heather Nelson
Business Manager
Heather is the business manager of ULM, which includes handling administrative tasks as well as day to day operations. She is a mother of 3 and 1 bonus daughter. Although she enjoys a family nature walk or spending time with her fiancé, she is most often found chauffeuring her kids to their many activities!
Natalie Mayes
Coffee Bar Manager
Natalie is a mama of 3 girls, all of whom love big bows and anything pink! When she is not busy with her family, she is working with pediatric patients. She enjoys shopping in her spare time and is a self-described coffee addict.

Connie Ramos
Chaplain
Connie is the chaplain of Unspent Love. She was a wife for 30 years, is the mother of 3 sons and a grandmother. She worked in the medical field for over 20 years and became an independent ordained licensed minister early in 2023. She is involved in various ministries at her local church. Connie’s hobbies include cross stitching, reading, writing and creating through art and crafts.

Sue Anderson
Counseling Center Director
Sue is a wife, mother and grandmother. She is an aspiring author and a temperament enthusiast, using her knowledge to help others along life’s journey. She is an “instigator of silliness” and thankful to be called a child of God.
Corrine Kreamalmeyer
Spoken Love Director
Corrine is the in-house writer for Unspent Love. She is a wife and mom to 4 girls. She has a degree in Elementary Education but chose to be a stay at home mother for the last 13 years. She recently added endorsement admissions counselor for Greenville University to her resume. She spends most of her time trying to balance soccer games, carpooling and laundry, but she loves writing, the ocean and spending time with family.

Alyssa Galloway
Boutique Supply Director
Alyssa, the youngest member of the ULM team, is our resident adventurer. From working with YWAM to skydiving to painting, she can be found in the action! When she is not working, Alyssa enjoys spending time with friends, helping with her church’s youth group and enjoying the outdoors with her favorite pup.
